My client is seeking an experienced and passionate Branch Manager who can hit the ground running and lead from the front. You will take over the operational functions and elevate the temp office with the support of a trusted and recognized industry name. Coupled with proven sales ability, you will possess hands‑on managerial skills, motivate, and develop your team, demonstrating great leadership skills.
Job Description
- Develop and manage an Educational Branch.
- Motivate your team to increase branch revenue and meet targets.
- Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with staff.
- Hold motivating morning meetings.
- Take responsibility for the P&L of your branch.
