Role and Responsibilities

  • Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email
  • Processing orders, quotations and customer enquiries
  • Picking, packing and receipting stock
  • Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks
  • Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops
  • Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate
  • Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards
