Due to internal progression and promotion, Chevin Medical Practice is looking to recruit both full-time and part-time Receptionists / Administrators to join our busy and friendly team.
We are a large, training practice with approx. 19,000 patients, covering Otley, Bramhope and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:- Have customer facing experience and ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful.
- Professional attitude with commitment and patience.
- Good team player, flexible to cover additional rota absences.
- Ability to use a cart and work across the Otley and Bramhope surgeries.
