The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to lead a brand new large scale RC frame residential development in Bracknell under a Project Manager. The project will consist of 400 units split between multiple RC frame towers over several phases on a long term build programme. The development will also include ground floor commercial space, underground and overground parking, a leisure centre and community centre, along with extensive infrastructure and landscaping.

You will be No.2 on site reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for curating and developing an effective site team; taking the site from preconstruction onwards including site setup and enabling works, infrastructure, RC frame superstructure, externals and internal fit-out with a focus on delivering high quality units at a larger than market average size. Your site team will likely comprise of 2 Senior Site Managers, 2-4 Site Managers, and 3-6 Assistant Site Managers at any one time which you will have a direct involvement in recruiting and nurturing.

This is a great opportunity to lead a project from day 1, with potential to lead on to more senior roles within the business, and an extensive pipeline of future projects with a diverse array of residential project types from RC frame apartments schemes to listed building luxury residential.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
