Full time, permanent position. 37.5 hours per week. Up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience.

We're looking for a driven administrative professional experienced in a complex, fast paced environment. Key skills include responsive call handling, excellent IT proficiency and the ability to provide a professional, courteous and empathetic service.

As our Administrator, you will:

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Manage calendars, appointments and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Input and update data in relevant systems.
  • Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes and track action items.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Prepare and compile reports, documents and presentations.
