We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media, Content & Digital Executive to join our in-house Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, driving engagement, and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
About the Role
As a Social Media, Content & Digital Executive, you'll take ownership of our social channels and play a central role in shaping and delivering engaging, high-quality content. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll combine creativity with data insights to optimise campaigns, grow our audience, and generate leads. You'll stay ahead of digital trends, contribute new ideas, and help ensure our brand remains relevant, consistent, and impactful across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing our social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Creating engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphics, in collaboration with the design team.
- Researching and implementing SEO best practices across digital channels.
- Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for traffic and growth.
- Monitoring social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborating with the Communications team to deliver integrated campaigns across social and web platforms.
- Supporting the development and optimisation of digital campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all content and channels.
- Producing regular reports and insights on campaign and channel performance.
- Contributing ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and digital innovations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role.
- Proven experience delivering successful digital and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital optimisation techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
- Experience creating or directing multimedia content (video, graphics, photography).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- A creative, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
