An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join our Environment Business, working on our Wessex Water Framework in the Dorset region. Reporting to the Project Managers and Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all site activities to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil installation schemes. You'll play a key role in coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that work is completed in line with contractual timescales, specifications and health, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and control daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and briefings to promote a positive safety culture.
- Ensure accurate completion of all site documentation including Method Statements, Risk Assessments and installation programmes.
- Monitor and control site costs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with budgets.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate site operations.
- Attend site visits and progress meetings as required, providing clear and timely reports.
- Support the Health, Safety and Environmental culture across all operations, promoting continuous improvement.
You will have experience working in the water and/or wastewater industries, ideally on site based projects involving Mechanical, Electrical or Civil installations.
- Industry relevant ONC / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience managing teams and subcontractors on construction or water projects.
- SMSTS, IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management certification.
- A valid CSCS card, First Aid training, and EUSR.
- Organised and structured approach with strong leadership skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A proactive and self motivated attitude with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
