Due to ongoing development and growth, we have an exciting new role for a Business Support Administrator to join our modern, centrally located Bournemouth office, close to rail and bus links. A new and interesting role with a dynamic team, you'll rapidly gain responsibility and be given the opportunity to develop administrative and operational skills within a professional services firm. You'll be joining a supportive team environment with clear processes and training.

Key responsibilities of a Business Support Administrator:

  • Supporting onboarding of new clients
  • Assisting with anti money laundering and compliance checks
  • Arranging client meetings and coordinating diaries
  • Supporting company secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Supporting operational teams in client interactions
  • General administrative and data handling duties

About you:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4-9 including English and Maths
  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage competing tasks
  • Confidence dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Willingness to learn new systems and ways of working
  • Strong ethics and professionalism
