Location: Blenheim Care Home, Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu planning and collaboration with the home manager and residents.
- Ensure dietary needs are met, including modified textures and allergies.
- Act as main contact for the kitchen, managing stock, hygiene, and daily operations.
- Minimum 12 months on your right to work.
- Background in kitchens and understanding of how to run a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable.
- Previous professional experience as a cook.
- £13.97 per hour.
- Refer a friend scheme earning up to £1000.
- Fully funded training up to QCF level 5.
