Key Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of UK tax and NI calculations, statutory payments, pension, and year-end reporting.
- Ability to understand and explain technical payroll and pension queries.
- Ability to manually calculate pro-rata payments such as holiday pay, hourly/daily rates of pay, etc.
- Understanding payroll and HR systems processes.
- Works discreetly to resolve matters sensitively, with concerns escalated appropriately.
- Ability and confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
