We are recruiting for a Junior Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in conveyancing. Full training and support will be provided. As a Junior Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide legal and administrative support to the team while developing your knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with residential conveyancing files
- Using case management and document systems
- Communicating with clients and third parties under supervision
- Supporting file management, searches and post completion processes
- Working in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements
About you:
This role would suit someone with some early experience in legal support and a working knowledge of property transactions. You may have experience in legal administration, property, or a professional office environment and be keen to develop within residential conveyancing. You will be well organised with good attention to detail, willing to learn and develop in a busy legal environment, and professional, reliable and client focused.
