We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Boston. This role provides hands-on legal support to fee earners, helping to progress residential property transactions efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will be supporting matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with fee earners, clients, lenders and third parties to deliver a professional and reassuring service.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting residential conveyancing files including sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers
- Using a residential conveyancing case management system
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Running reports on searches and mortgages
- Preparing and maintaining client files in line with firm procedures
- Supporting compliance, confidentiality and regulatory standards
About you:
This role is well suited to someone who already has experience working within residential conveyancing.
You will:
- Have previous experience in a residential conveyancing assistant or similar role
- Be organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
