We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Junior Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Client Support
    • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries relating to repairs, deliveries, and stock.
    • Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring they always have clear visibility of their orders.
    • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or repair delays in a professional and timely manner.
    • Log quality issues and support ISO9001 preparation activities.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain and update detailed Excel trackers covering all operational activity.
    • Produce clear, client-facing reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs.
    • Cross-check customer orders against workshop outputs to ensure billing and delivery accuracy.
    • Support reporting processes and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Operations & Logistics Coordination
    • Support the wider operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
    • Assist in maintaining smooth logistics and facilities processes.
    • Liaise with suppliers where required.
    • Monitor stock trends and flag low levels for key clients.
