Responsibilities
- Operate bindery equipment safely, effectively and efficiently to meet customer quality and time specifications.
- Plan production jobs and prepare for upcoming work before the current job is finished.
- Perform regular maintenance, record activities and troubleshoot operational problems.
- Report unresolved issues to site engineers and follow company procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environmental Policy.
Qualifications
- Book bindery experience is essential.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to carry out and document maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
