The Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check in and check out process and responding to guests via phone, emails and social media.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest check in and check out procedures efficiently, including the issuance of room keys, payment processing, and providing necessary information.
- Work closely with sales, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, and local attractions (including the Bodmin Jail Attraction).
- Monitor room availability and manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
