You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage while answering any questions or queries they may have, liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses, ensure vehicles are ready on time and give the best advice on our products and services to customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you will take time to talk to people, build genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
