Archway Nursery is set in a peaceful rural location yet just minutes from Blandford Forum. Our nursery offers the best of both worlds - fresh countryside air with easy access to town. Where staff and children enjoy an exceptionally large outdoor space that includes a dedicated forest school garden, a spacious main garden, and an all-weather AstroTurf area for active play year-round. You will be joining Archway's Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children's development. You'll be a key part of every child's journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.

How you'll spend your time here:

  • Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
  • Apply the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
  • Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions.
  • Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
  • Deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We'd love to talk to you if you have the following:

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 3.
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.
