With over 5,000 households currently living in temporary accommodation across a diverse property portfolio, the Housing Solutions & Support Service is experiencing unprecedented demand. We're looking for committed, proactive individuals who want to help families move forward into safe, secure, and permanent homes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out welcome visits and annual tenancy reviews
  • Supporting families to secure long term housing through Social Housing or the Private Rented Sector
  • Empowering residents to overcome barriers and take positive steps toward resolving their housing situation
  • Ensuring licence conditions are met, including taking enforcement action when necessary

This role blends support, problem solving, and accountability - ideal for someone who can balance empathy with clear expectations.
