The Opportunity
- Take on a key leadership role, overseeing multiple offices and driving the performance and development of the Commercial Property function across the region.
- Work closely with the Head of Department, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy, supporting complex transactions, and enhancing client relationships.
- Lead and manage Commercial Property teams across multiple offices.
- Drive operational performance and ensure consistently high standards of client service.
- Support and deputise for the Head of Department where required.
- Provide technical oversight on complex commercial property matters.
- Advise on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development work.
- Support fee earners with complex queries and strategic decision-making.
- Drive business development through networking and client relationship management.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities across the region.
- Ensure compliance, risk management and best practice across all teams.
