The firm is seeking a Regulatory Lawyer to join its growing Corporate Defence and Regulatory team. The position is pitched at Associate to Managing Associate level and offers the opportunity to focus on advisory and contentious regulatory work, particularly within health and safety and associated regulatory areas. The role includes responding to incidents, advising on compliance obligations, managing investigations, and supporting clients during enforcement proceedings.

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with relevant post qualification experience
  • Background in Health & Safety law, ideally with exposure to product safety/recall and/or food safety regulation
  • Experience advising on investigations, enforcement action, and related litigation
  • Strong technical and case management skills with proven ability to meet client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable advising under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a national team and deliver outstanding client service
