We are hiring a Recruitment Operations Intern to assist our HR and Talent Acquisition teams. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to recruitment cycles, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and managers
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media job posts
- Prepare recruitment analytics and reports
- Support onboarding processes for new interns and employees
- Draft job descriptions and internship postings
- Help in conducting reference and background checks
- Communicate with candidates and answer queries about roles
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
- Document recruitment processes for process improvement
- Assist HR in drafting offer letters and contracts
