With the summer term underway, we're looking for a caring and committed Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Shooting Stars Kings Norton. What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
- Act as a Key Person, building secure and nurturing relationships with children and families
- Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate, child led learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Contribute to consistent, high quality practice and Ofsted readiness
