Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting Independent Business Reviews
  • Managing short-term cash flow modelling and overseeing cash management
  • Preparing and evaluating long-term financial forecasts
  • Assessing exit strategies and options reviews for stakeholders
  • Overseeing AMA management from initiation to completion
  • Managing new business tenders and work referral sources
  • Participating in business development activities to promote our client's services and brand
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage assignments independently while mentoring and motivating team members
  • Proficient in interpreting statutory accounts, management information, cash flow forecasts, and long-term financial models
  • Ambitious and eager to advance your career with support from the board level
  • Adept at identifying key work providers in private equity, corporate finance, and traditional funding markets, with the confidence to build relationships and secure new business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Prior experience in an advisory team and relevant accounting qualification; insolvency qualifications and experience are advantageous but not essential
