The predicted salary is between 65000 - 105000 £ per year.

To develop the Corporate Accounts division of the business through the development, growth, and retention of existing customers, and to absorb new customers into the IT division and develop those new customers accordingly. To oversee business development and the winning of new customers within existing frameworks within the public sector, and to oversee the winning of nominated new preferred supply/strategic customers in the private sectors, in line with the company's strategy and financial targets.

Job Description

  • Determine and implement service improvements to existing services and identify and recommend new service opportunities.
  • Assist in recruiting staff to carry out Client Engagement Account Management and Account Support.
  • Lead by example, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver results and grow in their roles and career development.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the Client Engagement Team to deliver business growth.
  • Improve performance quality and productivity of the sales team to increase market share and profitability, meeting targets.
  • Coach and develop sales team members in broader selling skills, people management, and business/sales management skills.
  • Develop performance standards (qualitative and quantitative) against existing sales processes and implement improvements.
  • Work with priority customers to deliver recruitment solutions and preferred routes to market.
  • Drive a proactive working culture, maintaining all activities in line with company policies, procedures, culture, and ethos.
