An ambitious Commercial Lawyer is sought to join a highly reputable education team. As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will advise clients in the education sector on a variety of commercial matters. The client base includes a range of universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally. You will have opportunities to deal with high profile and interesting projects including advising on commercial agreements required for university branch campuses overseas, all forms of joint venture agreements, and a wide range of commercial agreements.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 6+ years PQE in dealing with commercial matters, ideally on behalf of clients within the education sector.
  • Strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and provide a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
