We're on the lookout for a standout Bar Manager to join the team at Albert's Schloss Birmingham - a high-energy, world class venue where exceptional drinks, unforgettable guest experiences, and seven nights of SHOWTIME come together. At Albert's Schloss, we don't just run bars - we create moments. From perfectly poured pilsners in our Bier Palace to show stopping cocktails and a buzzing late night atmosphere, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, guest obsessed environment and knows how to lead a team to deliver at the highest level.
The Role
As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of a dynamic and high volume bar operation, leading from the front to deliver exceptional standards across service, quality, and guest experience. You'll play a key role in driving performance, developing your team, and consistently raising the bar (literally). You'll immerse yourself in our full training programme to understand every corner of the Schloss, before focusing on leading and elevating your bar team.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in a wet led, high volume environment
- A natural leader who can motivate, engage and develop teams through coaching, 1:1s and incentives
- Passionate about delivering world class guest experiences
- Thrives in a fast paced, high energy venue
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of KPIs and financial performance (we'll support you to build this further)
- Genuinely passionate about hospitality and developing people from within
- Experience is important - but attitude, energy and passion matter just as much.
