We're looking for an organised and reliable administrator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with company processes and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in line with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Supporting compliance checks, audits, and internal reviews
  • Monitoring and updating internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Assisting with document control, ensuring all files are stored and filed correctly
  • Flagging any discrepancies or compliance issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and compliant
  • Adhering to internal controls and reporting standards at all times

About You

  • At least 2 years' administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
