We're looking for a Deputy General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to lead from the front. This is a role for someone who can balance operational excellence with personality - creating an atmosphere that's as warm and welcoming as it is electric, while developing and inspiring a large team to deliver standout service every single day.
Key Responsibilities- Developing a high performing and engaged team
- Ensuring a world class environment and service for our guests
- Ensuring brand standards are met in all areas
- Ensuring compliance in H&S and security
- Working closely to deliver agreed goals and initiatives
- Performing duty manager shifts and overseeing departments
- Delivering a successful financial business performance – managing key KPI's
- Previous senior management experience in a high volume wet led venue, ideally with food experience as well
- Commitment to excellence in team development and engagement
- Passionate about world class guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel for training and development
- Strong understanding and experience managing budgets & P&L's
