We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor. This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers
  • Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites
  • Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor
  • Conduct field recruiting beyond the office
  • Provide on-site training and supervision when needed
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
  • Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients
  • Track attendance, performance, and productivity

Administrative & Onboarding Duties:

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Handle paperwork and orientation
  • Maintain candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
  • Create reports and communicate updates

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams
  • Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred
  • Experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Willingness to travel
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
