As a thank you for joining Flourish Education, the successful Key Stage 2 Teacher will receive a £250 welcome bonus, automatically paid after completing 30 consecutive working days in your placement. Bonus applies to this full-time role only, and terms and conditions apply.
Job Role- Deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
- Provide PPA cover across the Primary School year groups when required.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other Class Teachers and school staff.
- Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively as a Supply Teacher.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to motivate pupils.

- £130 - £232.57 per day which equates to £25,350 to £45,170 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

- Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.
