Zest Optical are currently working with an independent Opticians based in Bedlington to recruit a part-time Optometrist. Optometrist - The Role

  • Part-time position - 2-3 days per week
  • Practice open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • No weekends, late nights or bank holidays
  • 30-minute testing times to provide patients with a thorough and personal service
  • Equipped with an Auto Refractor and DRS Fundus Camera
  • Supportive, experienced team and a friendly patient base
  • Independent practice focused on quality rather than volume

Optometrist - Requirements

  • Fully qualified and GOC registered Optometrist
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality eye care
  • Strong communication and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to commit to the agreed 2-3 day schedule

Optometrist - Package

  • Part-time role, 2 days a week (Monday and Friday ideally)
