A supported living provider in the Stevenage area is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Service Manager to oversee services supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a well-supported management role, ideal for someone with experience in supported living who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and promoting independence.
As Supported Living Service Manager, you will oversee a small caseload of approximately 5-6 clients, ensuring high-quality support tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with the Operations Manager / Registered Manager to ensure services remain compliant, safe, and focused on positive outcomes for the people supported.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day management of supported living services
- Support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities
- Ensure delivery of safe, person-centred support plans
- Supervise and support care staff and support workers
- Maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- Monitor documentation, care planning, and risk assessments
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Previous experience within supported living, mental health, or learning disabilities services
- Experience in a senior or management-level care role
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Strong communication and leadership skills
