We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Ecommerce and Growth Intake service models. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer service experience and be fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. This role will primarily support ecommerce customer service, including online orders, supply replacement inquiries, product questions, shipping, returns, and subscriptions. As we continue to grow our national service model, this position will also work closely with Growth Intake and Clinic Teams to ensure patients are directed to the right support pathway.
What you'll be doing:
- Help customers navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone in both English and French
- Provide timely and professional support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product information and account issues
- Coordinate with internal teams including Warehouse, Marketing, Clinic Operations, etc., to resolve customer concerns
- Assist with inventory tracking and order management
- Handle customer complaints and elevate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal ecommerce initiatives
- Support sales of therapy products and subscription program
- Participate in future cross‑training to support Growth Intake workflows, including basic patient navigation, intake triage, and appointment redirection where appropriate

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
