The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Controlling all administrative activities across the store.
- Work together with your store team to "wow" our customers at every turn.
- Support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store.
- Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with their order completions, as well as post sales questions and (very rarely!) escalating the odd complaint.
- Keeping orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators.
- Oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners.
- Maintain control of company cash and daily banking.
- Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their order (with a bit of Tapi charm thrown in!).
- Undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis.
- Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers.
