Responsibilities
- Set the culinary standard and maintain consistency across all dishes.
- Lead a kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage orders with nominated suppliers, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Monitor food waste, wages, and other costs to meet financial targets.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Stay calm under pressure and execute menus efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials.
