We are looking for an efficient, reliable and personable individual to join our busy school office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. They will be approachable and friendly with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the school, providing a friendly and efficient reception service to all stakeholders.
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries, welcoming visitors and handling day to day communications.
- Support the smooth running of the school office.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable and experience within a school setting would be an advantage.
