We're looking for warm, confident and energetic people to join our Restaurant, Bar and Terrace team - helping us give guests a bloody good time, whether they're joining us for breakfast, cocktails, dinner, a private event or sunshine on the terrace.
Set in the beautiful city centre of Bath, The Bird is a modern, vibrant and vivacious boutique hotel with plenty of personality. Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and personality
- Supporting service across our restaurant, terrace, bar, private events and dining domes
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping create a relaxed but memorable guest experience
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to keep service smooth and full of energy
- Helping set up, clear down and keep our spaces looking sharp
- Bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team
- Making sure guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, casual dining or fine dining is great - but personality matters just as much. If you enjoy working with people, we can teach you the rest.
