Hours: Full time, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist & Administrator to join our busy and thriving Principal's Office team. You will need to have experience with timetable management in an educational setting and have highly effective organisational and time management skills. You must hold a relevant administration qualification or have the equivalent experience.
The successful candidate should be a good communicator with great interpersonal skills as this role is the first point of contact for many of our students and visitors. You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A flexible approach to work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.
