What you'll do
- Lead your team to deliver a great guest experience, every shift
- Work closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish is on spec and on time
- Build a strong, motivated team-coach, support and develop your people
- Create a culture of learning, growth and high standards
- Take ownership of stock, maintenance and H&S
- Drive sales and local awareness with support from our marketing team
- Set the tone‑lead with energy, respect and consistency

- Commercial awareness and a hands on approach
