Fully Independent Optometrists in Bath who utilise cutting‑edge technology, setting the benchmark for eyecare assessments in the area with 50 min test times. The store provides a professional, community‑based service covering a wide range of eye care services including Dry Eye and Low Vision assessments. The existing team consists of resident Optometrists and experienced support staff including Dispensing Opticians.
Predominantly you will work to further their reputation as the opticians of choice in the local area, however you will have a lot of autonomy in this role and an opportunity to make it your own. There is a fantastic package on offer which includes a market leading salary and bonus scheme amongst additional benefits.
Key Duties:- 3-5 flexible days available between Monday-Saturday.
- General working hours of 8:45 am–5:30 pm with a shorter day on Saturdays and an option for alternate weekend working.
- Working closely alongside the business owner who is a fully qualified Optometrist.
- Established patient base allowing for a less sales‑driven, pressure‑free working environment giving you the ability to focus solely on what’s best for your patient.
