We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for our food and drink venue in Derbyshire. You will be an Assistant General Manager with a passion for crafted cocktails and fresh food, coupled with the ability to lead and inspire with purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to execute the overall strategic vision and objectives of the venue.
  • Lead and inspire our team, providing guidance, coaching and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
  • Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • You must have previous experience as either a Senior Supervisor or an Assistant General Manager in a similar style venue.
