The role of Bar Manager:
- Provide key operational contribution to the management team while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service are delivered to all guests.
- Service excellence. Oversee the bar day-to-day operations:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, preparation and presentation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Manage guests' complaints, queries and feedback towards a positive outcome.
