We are currently recruiting for a Bar General Manager for The Stage and The Residence at The Londoner.
Overview
- The Stage offers a sophisticated experience including a Champagne Bar serving afternoon tea and charcuterie.
- The Residence is a collection of spaces curated to meet guests' work and leisure needs.
- As Bar General Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service.
- Direct the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gathering feedback and evaluating service levels.
- Implement and develop strategies to improve operations in collaboration with the management team.
- Be responsible for staff training, recruitment, coaching, and development with clear training plans and objectives.
About You
- In-depth knowledge of London restaurant and liquor trends, and experience with afternoon teas and champagne.
- Demonstrated personal ownership, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, with excellent attention to detail and customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
