Lounges are special places, and what makes them special are the brilliant people who run them – and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you’re a natural at making people feel welcome and comfortable, reading each customer and adapting your style and approach whether they’re working quietly or celebrating a birthday.
You’ll work with management and the entire team, delivering a series of shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy, using your communication skills and self‑motivation to maintain pace and meet deadlines.
