Responsibilities

  • To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event.
  • To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues.
  • To oversee the food and canape service.
  • To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event.
  • To ensure smooth running of food and canape service.
  • To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans.
  • To complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager.

  • Location: Taunton, TA4 4DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
