We are currently looking for a passionate Bakery Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. We want our bakery to be the very best and you and your role will be an integral part of this journey. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards in product quality, production efficiency, hygiene, and team management.
  • Lead a team of bakers and assistants, support training and development, monitor stock levels, enforce food safety compliance, and help implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Head Baker to ensure the smooth running of bakery production.
  • Maintain strong communication with the purchasing team, food safety officers, and other departments to support efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, delivery teams, and external maintenance contractors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Proven experience as a Baker with specific experience in operating and managing ovens (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Location: Paul Rhodes Bakery, SE10 9PJ (Greenwich, London). Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
