Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Spa is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times
- Deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the Spa, resolving any issues professionally
- Be a visible and approachable presence, acting as the face of the Spa for guests
- Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures and SOPs
- Drive revenue through upselling of retail products and Spa treatments
- Oversee Spa team members, ensuring training, performance and standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and systems
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Spa or similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
- Industry relevant qualifications (Degree, HND or Advanced GNVQ)
- Experience in training, systems, processes and team support
- Confident in managing operations, guest experience and health & safety
- Flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to the role
