We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa - one of the Cotswolds' most recognised boutique luxury hotels. Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured chef's table, MO. As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside a skilled, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine core techniques and grow into your next role. You'll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service
- Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional
- Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation

- £35,692 per year
- Plus service charge (£3,000-£3,500 OTE)
- Approximately £39,000 total earnings
- 48 hours per week
