Role Description
Full‑time Private Client Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE). The position is based in Aylesbury and may also consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive with private client experience. The solicitor will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.
