We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Audio Visual Technician to join a busy local authority team based in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on AV professional who enjoys a varied role and delivering high‑quality technical support in a client‑facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio‑visual equipment across a range of venues and events
- Support sound, video, lighting, and networking requirements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide on‑site support for meetings, conferences, and events
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard
- Work flexibly, including occasional out‑of‑hours work as required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including working at heights and manual handling
About You
- Have a genuine passion for audio‑visual technologies
- Demonstrate a positive, flexible "can‑do" attitude
- Be a strong problem solver with attention to detail
- Have experience in at least one core AV area: Sound, Video, Lighting, Networking
- Ideally have experience within an in‑house venue or AV supplier environment
